We know how exciting is to pick up your new puppy! Waiting can be difficult but we keep you update on every step of the way. After the puppies are born, we send a Birth Announcement to all the families in our waiting list. We send updates and pictures every week, so you can watch them grow.

First we need to be on the same page, so we request that all our family read our contract and let us know if you have any questions about it, We're happy to answer. This contract explain everything about our puppies, we'll sign in person at the time of you pick up your puppy. Contract will be send by email to interested families. Please contact us.

$300 Non/refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on our waiting list. We will accept a deposit by PayPal, Apple Pay, Good Dog, Zelle or check.

We love to share the love of our puppies. We're looking for families that need one of our puppies to be a Service/Emotional support/Therapy dog for their kids only.
We donate a puppy so the family can make their kids' dream come true.

Parents are Akc registered, Genetic tested for 200+ disease, OFA hips, elbows, cardiac and ophthalmological certified.
We offer 2 year of Congenital Health Guarantee, from date of birth, this will cover Hereditary Heart defects, Hip and Elbow Dysplasia or any life threatening congenital disease or defect.
Buyer agrees that dog's size, color,coat appearance, shedding, non-allergenic cannot be under warranty and is unpredictable due to nature of genetic.
The puppy will be sold as a family pet with Not breeding rights. Need to be spayed / neutered by 2 years old.

We personally delivery our puppies to your closer city. We make it work so you can have your bundle of joy in your hands.

boarding
We do our best to work with different schedule, we know life happens and if you cannot pick up your puppy after a week of our pick up day we offer puppy boarding program. We love to have puppies for an extra time with us.
- Cost to Board your puppy is $30 a day.
